Mr. Karsan Ghavri is a former India test cricketer who also featured in 2 world cups in 1975 and 1979. He was known for his bowling and handy batting skills down the order. Presently he is coaching and mentoring emerging cricket talent.
Prof. Ratnakar Shetty taught Chemistry at the Wilson College, Mumbai. He held the position of Hon. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer & Vice President of the Mumbai Cricket Association. He was the Joint Secretary of the BCCI before being appointed as the Executive Secretary Incharge. He was appointed as the CAO of BCCI in 2006 & later held the position of General Manager Admin & Game Development from 2012 to 2018. Was Manager of the Indian team on tour of SriLanka in 1997 & historical tour of Pakistan in 2004. He is one of the longest serving administrators in the Board. He was the Tournament Director for ICC Champions Trophy in 2006 & the ICC CWC in 2011.
Charu Sharma is the most charismatic sports presenter and undoubtedly the Voice of India in the sports world. He is also an acclaimed is quiz master, sports management professional & master in sports & corporate communication. He founded the revolutionary “Pro Kabaddi League”.
Catherine Clare Dalton is a cricketer who plays for Middlesex in English domestic cricket, having previously also played for Essex. A right-handed top order batsman and right-arm fast bowler, Dalton gained Irish citizenship in 2015, and was subsequently named in the Irish national team's squad for the 2015 World Twenty20 Qualifier in Thailand. She made her Twenty20 International debut in the tournament's final, against Bangladesh.
Catherine Dalton is a fast bowler and top order batswoman who spent 2011 and 2012 on the England Academy.
She is a current ECB Level 2 coach and has a 1st Class Honours Degree from St Mary's University College, London. She is also assistant coach at The Ultimate Pace Foundation that has hosted camps in Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune & Hyderabad.
Recently she was appointed as a Bowling Coach of the Rajasthan Cricket Association becoming the first female to have such an honour bestowed for men's cricket.
T A Sekhar was one of the fastest bowlers in India in the early eighties. His two Test matches for India were in the 1982-83 season against Pakistan. He played a One Day International in that series and three more against England two years later.
He played for Tamil Nadu between 1976/77 and 1987/88 taking 74 wickets. His career best effort was 9 for 54 against Kerala in 1981/82. He played for Madhya Pradesh for two seasons before bowing out of the game.
Since then his major contribution to Indian cricket is a bowling coach at the MRF Pace Foundation in Chennai. In this stint, he has worked with the best fast bowling talent from India and around the world and in the bargain earned a name as an ace fast bowling consultant.
He has also served as a national selector for a period of time.
He was appointed as talent scout for Mumbai Indians and also worked with the Delhi Daredevils team as the manger.
Mr. Ian Pont is a former first class English and South African cricketer and a much decorated fast bowling coach. He currently is the Head Coach of the National Fast Bowling Academy in UK. He also is the former National Skills Set Coach for the ECB .He has penned 3 very famous book –“ The Fast Bowler’s Bible , the “Ultimate Pace Secrets” &’ Coaching Youth Cricket’. He is the former personal coach to the fearsome tearaway bowler- Shoaib Akhtar and the classic Dale Steyn. He has worked with India Bowler Deepak Chahar thru Rajasthan Cricket Board. He also worked with Mohit Sharma and Harshal Patel being the coach with Haryana Cricket Board in 2011 and 2012. He has also worked with players like Chris Gayle, Kevin Pietersen, Keiron Pollard ,Umar Gul and a dozen others. He runs the’ Ultimate Pace Foundation Camps ‘in Bangalore. He has an online fast bowling coaching website UPFcricket.com. He is an expert in biomechanics of fast bowling and technical skills. He is a 3- times ICC world cup coach having been with the England team in 2003, Netherlands team in 2007 & the Bangladesh team in 2011. He was the bowling coach to the Bangladesh National Cricket team and Assistant coach to the Netherlands National Cricket Team. He has also coached in the Bangladesh Premier League and the Pakistan Super League. Apart from cricket he exceled in Baseball and Javelin and could have been an ace professional in either. Please note that he has to his credit the 2 nd best throw recorded in world cricket -his throw covering a distance of 126.18 meters. Ian Pont launched the Mavericks Cricket Institute in 1993 based on the novel method of Biomechanics Speed & Accuracy Training. He is indeed a pioneer in this field having spent decades researching and developing the drills needed for pace and accuracy. He has great interpersonal skills and also is a good listener with team motivating abilities. His biggest asset is man-management and allowing people, teams and squads to develop, excel and win .He is also a BBC trained radio presenter.
Sir Curtly Ambrose the former WI fast bowling legend was indeed one of the giants of the game. He was a man of few words & always let the ball talk.
Keith Ingram is a Cricket South Africa certified Level 3 Coach. He is a former professional fast bowler having clocked speeds of 150 kms per hour. He played for teams like Gauteng Lions in South Africa and Dolphins -B side until a serious back injury forced him to retire. His expertise lies in coaching and developing fast bowling talent. He has been a bowling specialist at Western Province / Cobras Cricket teaching at Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses. He has been the fast bowling consultant for Western Province Boys U-15 and U-17 teams and also it’s ladies team. He has also rendered services to the Cricket School of Excellence as their fast bowling consultant to analyze the bowling actions and also be involved in developmental work. He also has assumed the same role for Jonty Rhodes and Ryan Maron to analyze bowling techniques and help development on their High Performance Camp in Nepal. He has also assisted former SA players- Andrew Hall and David Terbrugge. He also assisted Paul Adams in his pre-season work for the Cobras team in 2016.

Shandre Fritz is a former Captain of the South Africa national women's cricket team. She was the team’s star batting all-rounder. In her career spanning from 2003 to 2014 she featured in 59 One Day International matches wherin she scored 5 half centuries. She played 26 T20 games for South Africa with 1 century and 1 half century to her credit. She became the first South African player to register a century in T20s when she scored an unbeaten 116 against Netherlands on 14 th October, 2010 in the inaugural edition of the ICC Women’s Cricket Challenge. Her innings was punctuated with 12 boundaries and 2 sixers.
In August 2019, Cricket South Africa appointed her to their Match Referees Panel for the 2019–20 cricket season. She became the only First Class Level Woman Match Referee in the world when she made her debut at the iconic Imperial Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on 28 th October 2019 in the match between Imperial Lions and Hollywoodbets Dolphins.

He has been a rock star baseball personality exceling in his roles as a player, coach and manager in the top corridors of baseball. He has also managed the Australia Baseball Team at the 1998 Olympics in South Korea. He was twice named the International Baseball Federation coach of the year, in 1997 and 1999, for his work with the Australian national team. His journey took an interesting twist in 2000 when Cricket Australia realising that fielding being so integral to the game of baseball presented Mike Young an opportunity to coach the Australia players in throwing, catching and positioning as the assistant fielding coach. Post the Ashes loss in 2005, he was appointed the full time fielding coach with the meticulous John Buchanan being the head coach. He shared a great rapport with the likes of Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting , Mathew Hayden, Adam Gilchrist, Michael Clarke and is still being lauded for his efforts in enhancing the fielding standards of an already accomplished fielding outfit in the world like Australia. He is also the Fielding Coach of Kings XI Punjab in the IPL. To his credit he also had a 3- weeks assignment with the Indian Team in 2009 as the fielding consultant. He now is majorly associated with Cricket America in various capacities. Today on this show we will be talking to him on his transition from baseball to cricket and the innovative philosophies and dynamics that he brings to the table as an ace fielding expert.
